Front End Planning

Our core process is driven by front end strategizing that emphasizes planning, execution and implementation. It's here that we define your needs. Once we have well defined goals, we get to work and build out the campaign or project. Typically our methodology includes the following components:

• Overview of the client situation — to get agreement and understanding of the current situation and competitive challenges. Here  we get to know about your business, your challenges, your team, customers, and market.
  
  
• Description of the scope of work and the specific client objectives — this simply describes the immediate need that must be addressed and the specific targets and goals to achieve.  Ultimately we seek to distill everything  into a story that  makes  potential clients stand and take notice.
  
  
• Design, develop and deliver — we then design the language, produce visual comps and storyboards (if necessary) to help determine the voice and structure for the project. In the final stage we fully test to insure design integrity is at 100% accuracy and everything looks and flows as it should.

Zooboy Media uses online collaboration tools that maximize our ability to create targeted solutions fast. These tools also improve the communications flow with our clients. Bottom line, our  development process is fast and effective resulting in solutions that are more creative and productive.
